You can add TO-DO’s automatically whenever you move a candidate to the next recruitment stage. To enable this option, go to the Settings –> Recruitment processes and select a process form the list on the right:

Click on the transition between selected stages to get an option to edit it - you can change its name and choose an action: Add meeting to calendar, Send email notification, TO-DO:

Choose TO-DO, click Add, and type in its content. Then click Save at the bottom right corner of the screen and the TO-DO will be added to your dashboard:

When you move a candidate to the next stage, the new TO-DO will be added both to their profile and your dashboard.
