First, add a new message template, then go to Templates -> Notifications and click the red circle at the bottom right:
Give the notification a name, select a mailbox from which the message will be sent, and choose the recipient. Also, choose the template that will be used, the workflow and the recruitment stage at which the notification will be sent. When you’re done, click Save:
You can set up automatic email notifications for all or selected recruitment stages. You can add an unlimited number of notifications.
