How to start?
Activate
Start with activating huntoo in your TRAFFIT . You can do it in Settings --> huntoo section in the main menu.
Set up
Settings --> huntoo section in the main menu allows you to:
accept terms and conditions of huntoo,
choose, if your users will be allowed to post internal referrals, external referrals, or both,
set up internal email domains (based on that huntoo will be able to identify users, who should be able to see your internal referral publications),
set up referral bonuses, so that you can differentiate the bonuses for different jobs,
choose the e-mail address of the person you want to be informed when a referred candidate is hired,
choose the e-mail address of the contact person from your company you want to be presented on the job publication on huntoo.
Now you're ready to go!
Permissions
With user permissions you can decide which permission groups in your TRAFFIT should be able to:
see huntoo settings,
publish job posts on huntoo.
Publish!
Publish your job posts with referral bonuses on huntoo. When posting a job you can choose, if you want to allow internal referrals, external referrals, or both:
If you publish the job with a referral option on your career page, bonus information will be also visible there!
Monitor
Each candidate from huntoo will have:
huntoo as the application source
dedicated activity created on the referred candidate's profile indicating the details of the application (internal, external referral, or direct application from huntoo)
You will find the custom report that allows you to control the effectiveness of referrals as the application source in the Reports section.
