I have a problem with integrating my Gmail.

1. If adding your Gmail to Traffit has been successful, yet you can’t see your emails or you get a message informing you that the messages are not being downloaded, go to My profile -> Mailboxes -> Folders and make sure you’ve chosen the right folders for synchronization:

Then click Save.

2. If your Gmail has been added to Traffit successfully and for some time you were able to access your messages but then it stopped synchronizing, then probably the unique token for your mailbox has expired. Go to My profile -> Mailboxes and add your Gmail again without deleting it first. The token will be automatically refreshed.
