I have a problem with integrating my mailbox.

1. Make sure you chose the right type of mailbox: Google, IMAP or Exchange.

2. If adding your Gmail to Traffit has been successful, yet you can’t see your emails or you get a message informing you that the messages are not being downloaded, go to My profile -> Mailboxes -> Folders and make sure you’ve chosen the right folders for synchronization:

Then click Save.

3. Make sure you’ve provided the correct password for your mailbox. If you have changed your password, go to My profile -> Mailboxes -> Data, update it and click Save.
