Candidate source is the way in which a candidate has been added to the database:

  • manually,

  • using the plugin for LinkedIn,

  • by importing data from a CSV file,

  • from an email application,

  • or via the application form attached to a job advertisement.

Application source is a web portal and a website that directed the candidate to the application form. Depending on the particular candidate’s activity, they can have more than one application source.
