How to add a new consent in the system?
You can create a new consent in Settings > Job posting & GDPR > GDPR using the blue Add consent button:
You need to fill in the following information to save it:
1) Consent name
2) Consent language - according to the language indicated, we will suggest you to add this clause to the form you create
3) Consent type - it will allow us to merge the same consents in filters and decide their settings (described in detail here)
4) Consent content and its default settings:
How to add a new consent to all your active application forms?
After saving the new consent, you will be asked if you want to add it to all active application forms.
Click "Add" to do so.
What can you do with existing consents?
There are multiple activities you can perform on the consents visible in your settings:
place them on your active application forms
deactivate (they will be transferred to Inactive consents tab)
edit
remove
What type of consents are available?
Particular recruitment consent
The consent will be valid for the duration of the recruitment or X months after its completion.
When assigning it to a candidate, you must indicate in which job it was given:
Other/future recruitment consent
The consent will be valid according to the deadline indicated in the Settings > GDPR and job posting > GDPR tab
Default value is 24 months, but you can change it anytime.
Legal obligation
This will be the text displayed between form fields and consents. It should contain information about the data administrator and the time of data processing.
It will have no expiration date.
Marketing consent
The consent will be valid according to the deadline indicated in the Settings > GDPR and job posting > GDPR tab
Default value is 24 months, but you can change it anytime.
You can use it for candidate nurturing purposes.
Non-standard consent
The consent will be valid for X months from the date of application (to be completed when creating the consent)
Profiling consent
You can use it if you use automatic mechanisms, e.g. automatic pre-selection, for which you need separate consent from the candidates.
