In the Candidates report you find statistics related to the flow of the candidates. You can generate a report for: a specific customer, a user group, a user, a specific recruitment, or for a selected period of time. Of course, you can combine all the filters with each other.

The tables below show how many new candidates the given user gained, why the candidates were rejected and statistics regarding the flow of the candidates between stages.

Pie charts show the sources of the candidates (how they got into the database) and the sources of the applications (from which website they went to the application form).

NOTE: If you see INCOGNITO in the application source, it means that we couldn't read from which website a candidate went to the form, e.g. when the candidate uses the browser in incognito mode or has received a link to the form in a private message.
