Improvements:

1. System optimization to speed up it's loading times. Focused mostly on:

- loading the lists (candidates, recruitments, clients),

- saving the changes,

- changing the candidate's status in the process (bulk change to new stage),

- mass SMS,

- processing new applications.

2. Removing the HTML tags in the consents content on candidate profile (showing plain text), as they are easier to be read by the users. 

3. Adding the direct link to the knowledge base in the left corner of user panel.

Fixes: 

1. Issue with adding a note or rating the candidate profile by the guest user.

2. Putting a full date (date + hour) of adding a sales activity to the system.
