The candidate source "Indeed Apply" will be visible on the summary of the candidate profile, under the candidate avatar.

Additionally, it will be displayed on the list of the candidates in a particular recruitment, in "Application source" column:

This column will differentiate "Indeed" and "Indeed Apply" as separate application sources.
