New features:

CV parser

Create your candidate’s profiles just by uploading CV’s. TRAFFIT will automatically fill in their profiles with those fields if they’re included in a document:

  • name

  • email

  • phone number

  • LinkedIn profile

With this feature, you can easily add new candidates to the recruitment or a talent pool, creating their profiles automatically. This means for you, that the sourcing process, or just updating your base with candidates from different sources can now be easier.

  • New, better integration with Gmail/Gsuite mailboxes
Right now, you can easier connect your Gmail inboxes with TRAFFIT. The process is seamless, and it gives you more control over the synchronized data.
This means, you can also access easier our other features like Scheduler, or email automation in the hiring workflow.

  • Email activities in TRAFFIT
We’re synchronizing more actions on candidates’ profiles now. When the recruiter sends an email outside of the TRAFFIT mailing system to a candidate in a system, that activity will now be visible on the candidate’s profile if the recruiter has his e-mail synchronized in TRAFFIT.

  • HTML editor in text boxes
We knew, you wanted it, so we added a new, advanced HTML editor in two places: a new mail window and a mail signature creator. That means, you can send now messages with advanced branding and design right from TRAFFIT. You can expect new text boxes with HTML editor available in next releases.

  • Filter candidates by many ID’s
In PRO search you can filter candidates on the list by many ID’s separated with semicolons.

  • Some users got an empty page while visiting the hiring workflows tab.

  • Users couldn’t create new calendars.

  • Candidates did not receive automatic emails after filling the consents gathering form.

  • Double-clicking on a heart icon in the candidates list generated error notifications
