Rating vs liking a candidate

Rating (stars) vs. like and dislike

Rating is given to a candidate in general and takes form of stars (1 to 5), independently from recruitments in which candidates takes part. 

Liking (thumb up or down) on the other hand is given in a particular recruitment. It is possible that a candidate has both a thumb down and 5-star rating.

You can see both ratings and likes in the quick preview feature.

By hovering over the stars, you can view the overall rating and your own. Detailed information about who assigned the candidate, when, and what rating was given can be found in the recruitment activity history and in your main profile.

Each thumbs up and thumbs down is also recorded in the candidate's activity history in recruitment and in the main profile. After hovering the cursor over the number of thumbs, we will see a list of people who awarded it:
