To ensure database security, Traffit requires each user to change the password every 30 days. Failure to comply will result in the account becoming inactive, and the following message being displayed upon logging in.
To unlock your account, you need to reset your password. Click Unlock account/Change password on the Traffit login page, under the Password field:
Traffit will then ask you to type in your login (email address), to send you the link for the password change. Once you follow the link and make the change, your account will be unlocked.
