To ensure the security of the data collected, the system administrator may require you to change your password every certain number of days.

If you do not change your password or if you fail to log in several times in a row, your account may be locked.

To unblock your account, you must reset your password.

To do this, use the Unblock Account / Change Password button available on the Traffit login page, below the Password field.

Traffit will ask you to enter your username (email address), to which it will then send a link to reset your password.

Once you've reset your password, your account will be unlocked.
