How do I add a Hiring Manager account?

Creating a Hiring Manager account

There are 2 methods to add a new Hiring Manager account.

METHOD 1

Go to Users tab and then go to Hiring Managers. Use the "Add Hiring Manager" blue button in right upper corner:

Fill in the form and click "Add Hiring Manager at the bottom right:

You can click "Show more" to set up the Hiring Manager's phone number for SMS verification.

METHOD 2

Go to a job and mark candidates you want to share with the Hiring Manager. Then choose the option "Share candidate on stage". Use the + button next to "Invite to stage" field and continue adding a new Hiring Manager account according to the description above.

Note: You may see the message โ€œa User or a Hiring Manager with this e-mail address already exists.โ€ This is because e-mail addresses are unique fields in TRAFFIT, which means there cannot be two accounts with the same e-mail address.

If you want to add a new User or a Hiring Manager, make sure the email address you are trying to add is not assigned to an active or deactivated User or HM.

If it is, navigate to the Users tab (or Hiring Managers sub-tab) and activate the existing account by clicking Activate located on the left side of the screen once you open your chosen profile.

If you need to change the role from a User to a HM or the other way around, you will need to change the email address for the existing account by adding a suffix +something (e.g. [email protected]). Once you do that, you can add a new User or Hiring Manager with the correct e-mail address.
