Go to 'CRM' in the main menu and to 'Contacts' tab.

Hover on the red 'plus' button in the right bottom corner and the export icon will appear. Click on the green icon and the export will start.

If you don't see the green icon it means you don't have the permission to export contacts. The permissions can be changed in Settings> Permissions by the administrator.
