To deactivate a single consent, go to a candidate profile and choose the Clauses tab. Next, find the clause you want to deactivate and click Deactivate clause:

You can also add a note, e.g., the reason for deactivation or the way it was requested. Deactivated clauses will remain visible on the candidate profile with information about when it was active.

If you can’t see the option to deactivate a clause, ask your Traffit administrator to give you access to this option.
