For security reasons, we block accounts for which the password has not been changed in the last 30 days. You can change the number of days in Settings-General Settings. Here You can also change the limit of the wrong password and session time:

To unlock account, go to the login page and use the Unlock account/Change password option:

Once you set up a new password, your account will be unlocked.
