Talents are used to group candidates according to a specific skill. You can create a talent, e.g., accountants who speak English and easily display candidates with that particular skills.

You can create a public or private talent group. If you want to create a new talent group, click the plus in the red circle at the bottom right of the screen and select Add talent.

You can use search bar to find a specific talent group, sort groups alphabetically or from oldest to newest.

In each group there is a list of candidates assigned to the selected talentAdditionally, this information can also be found on the candidate's profile.
