Assigning candidate to a job

  1. Go to Candidates, click the three dots by the selected candidate’s name and choose Assign to recruitment:

2. Go to Candidates, select multiple candidates and click Assign to recruitment on the bar that appears on the top. Next, choose a recruitment and click Assign:

3. Go to Recruitments, pick one and click the plus sign in the red circle at the bottom right corner of the screen and choose Assign existing candidates to recruitment. A window will pop up where you will be able to select particular candidates and assign them to a recruitment, choosing its first stage. Once you’ve made your choice, click Assign:

4. Go to Recruitments, pick one and click the plus sign in the red circle at the bottom right corner of the screen and choose Add a new person and assign to a recruitment. Fill out the form, select a recruitment and click Create:

5. Go to Candidates, open a selected profile and go to Recruitments. Click the red circle in the bottom right corner and select Add applicant to recruitment. A window will pop up where you will be able to select particular candidates and assign them to a recruitment, choosing its first stage. Once you’ve made your choice, click Assign:

6. Go to Recruitments, pick one and go to Suggested. Next select candidates and on the bar at the top click Assign:
