To choose the default form for downloading consents, go to Settings --> Advertisement and clauses --> Form for downloading consents:

Click on the "Default" checkbox next to the form you want to be your default form for downloading consents. If you configured only one form for downloading consents, it will be your default one.

If you choose the default form for downloading consents, you will be able to put the unique form for downloading consents in e-mail templates.

When you send an e-mail basing on this template to the candidate - the link to the unique form for downloading consents will redirect him to a form, that is partially filled in with his personal data.

You don't need to choose the default form for downloading consents if you are not using the feature of email integration and you are not using Traffit for sending e-mail notifications to candidates from Traffit.
