Posting your job posts from TRAFFIT on LinkedIn is available thanks to our integration with the platform.
How to post a job on LinkedIn?
You can do it in two ways:
while creating a new job in TRAFFIT, on the fourth step of job creation
post an already existing job, using the Publish job post button:
To be able to publish your job post on LinkedIn, you need to enter your LinkedIn ID in the system.
You can do this in the Settings > Job posting and GDPR > Job boards tab:
Where can I find my company's LinkedIn ID?
LinkedIn company’s profile ID is easy to find in its web address:
It’s these numbers after ‘company/’. You need to copy it to the form from your own company's LinkedIn profile address. After filling it, the system will ask you if you’d like it to be remembered for future postings.
What’s happening after you post a job on LinkedIn?
The job post is being sent to the platform and becomes active on the website in less than 24 hours.
You can find it on your Linkedin's company profile, but also in LinkedIn’s jobs search available at https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/
Can staffing agencies post free jobs on LinkedIn?
Linkedin Basic Jobs (Limited listings) won’t be free for recruitment agencies from August 2024:
Changes to LinkedIn integration starting in March 2026
LinkedIn is changing the way companies post free job listings (known as "basic jobs").
Where can you see this change?
1. Log in to your company’s LinkedIn profile as an Administrator
2. Go to the Jobs tab
3. Go to the Drafts sub-tab
4. Click on the Turn on auto-sharing button
5. Click on the +Add domain button
6. Select Traffit from the dropdown list
7. Click Connect
Next, Share new jobs section will allow you to choose whether you want offers from Traffit to be automatically posted as free ads on LinkedIn.
Who does this apply to?
New companies: If you’re setting up a new company page after March or posting job listings for the first time, you’ll need to manually enable this option.
Existing businesses: If your business has previously posted free ads, you don’t need to do anything—the system should continue to work as before.
Recruitment agencies (Staffing): This change does not apply to them—their ads must still be “promoted” (paid) to be visible (according to this point)
What do you need to do??
If everything is working properly:
You don’t need to take any action.
If you notice that new job postings have stopped appearing:
Go to your LinkedIn Company Page settings, check whether this option is enabled, and verify that you have the correct ATS system connected.
