You need only a few clicks to integrate your Office365 mailbox with TRAFFIT! Here's how you can do it:
Where can you add your Office365 mailbox?
Go to My profile - by clicking on your avatar in the bottom left corner. Choose Mailboxes tab.
Use the blue Add mailbox button:
If you want to add your Office365 mailbox to TRAFFIT as a system mailbox (not a personal one) - Go to Settings > System mailbox and continue with the steps described below

Next, choose Office365 Business Accounts mailbox type:
Click Next.
How to authorize TRAFFIT on your Microsoft account?
You will be redirected to the login page of your Microsoft account. Enter your mailbox and your password:
IMPORTANT: If you are logged into your Microsoft account in another tab, you will not see the login window. You can immediately go ahead with the next step.
On the other hand, if you want to add an account to Traffit other than the one you are currently logged in to - be sure to go to the tab where you are logged in and log out, then return to this step. You can then log in to your Microsoft account with any account of your choice.
In the next step, you will be asked to choose the verification method. By default, you can choose between an SMS and a phone call.
Click on Sign-in options to see the additional ways to sign -in:
Click on the chosen method, sign in, and continue.
Microsoft administrator approval
If your organization has additional security settings when integrating Microsoft products with other applications - the next step is to send a request to your Microsoft account administrator for approval.
You need to provide a justification based on which the administrator will be able to approve TRAFFIT application access to your mailbox (e.g. "Integration with ATS"):
As soon as the TRAFFIT application is approved by your Microsoft administrator,
you will be informed via e-mail.
Office365 mailbox integration
Once you have passed the two-step verification and (optional) administrator approval of the TRAFFIT application, you can return to step 1 - that is adding your mailbox.
Go to My profile again - by clicking on your avatar in the bottom left corner. Choose Mailboxes tab.
Use the blue Add mailbox button:
Next, choose Office365 Business Accounts mailbox type:
Click Next.
In the last 2 steps, you can:
choose the folders you want to integrate (you don't have to integrate your full mailbox!)
prepare the signature you want to be attached to the e-mails you are sending directly from TRAFFIT.
And you're ready to go!
