If you want to integrate your TRAFFIT instance with Jobma - this article will guide you through the process.

Jobma is a digital interviewing platform that allows your business to save time and money by virtually screening potential candidates. Advanced digital interviewing gives you the power to hire the right person, reducing the cost-per-hire by up to 70%!

To begin, you can log in to both your Jobma and TRAFFIT accounts. Within your Jobma account, the first step involves creating an interview kit.

Navigate to Setup interview > Interview Kit and fill in the Interview kit listing - choose the question type and add your desired questions.

Click Save to save the interview kit:

Now, you can go to the Integrations tab located on the left-hand side. Click on

Integrations and select TRAFFIT from the list.

You will need to insert Client Name & Client Secret ID here:

To get the ID go to your TRAFFIT account and navigate to Settings > Integration API

Click the blue Add client button in the upper right corner.

Enter client name and select the following scopes :

and click Save.

Copy the Client name & Client secret you've generated in TRAFFIT in the previous step, and go back to your Jobma account and paste it there.

Once they are saved in your Jobma account, go to Integrations tab and click on TRAFFIT. Now you can associate Interview Kits with the available jobs (Synced from TRAFFIT). Choose an Interview Kit and select a corresponding Job.

Remember to Save your selections.

If you frequently hire for a specific Job, you can also create a default kit on the same page. You’ll also need to select a workflow and stage. This stage will later be used in TRAFFIT to trigger interview invites.

Click Save.

You have now successfully configured your Jobma and TRAFFIT accounts!

Now, it's time to invite candidates for Jobma interviews!

Go to the Candidates tab in your TRAFFIT. Add a new candidate or select an existing one. If adding a new candidate, provide the necessary details and save the newly created candidate profile.

Next, assign a job to the candidate. Click Assign to a job and select from available jobs:

Now move the candidate to the Next stage to continue and select the stage you've set up before from the list. This action will trigger an interview invite to the candidate:

A dedicated activity will be created automatically on the candidate's profile when he is invited to a video interview:

​When the candidate completes the interview, another dedicated activity will be created:

Alternatively, you can view the interview by visiting the Integrations tab in your Jobma account. Just go to the Interview listing and choose TRAFFIT from the list:
