If you receive an application from a candidate that is already in your database, Traffit will merge his application with the existing profile to avoid duplicates and keep your data consistent.
However, if a candidate uses more than one email address, you’ll have duplicates in the database. Luckily, you can easily merge them in the Candidates tab. Select them from the list and click Merge on the blue ribbon above the candidate list:
Traffit will ask you to select the primary profile. It will be kept, and all the info from the other profile (documents, notes, messages) will be moved to it.
You can merge any number of profiles in your candidate database.
NOTE: this option is only available in the Candidates tab – it’s not available in the candidate list in a recruitment.
