To assign a candidate who is already in the database to the job, go to that specific job, navigate to the "Candidates" or "Pipeline" section, and click the blue rectangle in the top right corner of the screen: "+Assign Candidate".
If you want to assign a candidate who is not yet in the database, select the "three dots" in the top right corner of the screen, then choose "Add & Assign Candidate".
