You can use AI in Traffit in many ways, including for candidate scoring. Candidates will be scored according to the criteria you specify.

AI will suggest the scoring criteria based on:

  • job title

  • job post content

  • information from the “Additional information” field in job

The quality of the scoring depends on the quality of the criteria.

We have a few tips for you - how to do it right?

Key rules

1. Verify the criteria

AI will generate matching criteria based on what it knows about the project from the information you've entered in the system. Verify them before proceeding to CV preselection.

2. Optimize the criteria during the process

If, during the recruitment process, you notice that the criteria should be changed, edit them and use the “Rescore candidates” option available in the “Candidate scoring” section in the job details details.

3. Ask key questions in the application form

Candidate scoring takes into account the content of their CV and their answers on the application form. Use it to ask about things that you don't usually find in a CV, but which may be relevant from the perspective of assessing suitability.
