The recruitment link is visible for all Traffit users and can only be shared between them. You can simply copy it from the address bar in your browser after you enter the particular recruitment:

The advertisement link, on the other hand, can be freely shared and is visible for anyone; there’s no need to have a Traffit account. You can find it in the particular recruitment 'advertisement' section in the particular advert:
