Where can you manage notifications?
To decide what notifications you will receive from Traffit, go to your user profile by clicking on the photo in the lower left corner of the screen and go to the Settings sub-tab:
Notifications that can be sent in the system
In the first section of settings, you can decide which events will trigger a notification in the system:
another user assigns you to a job or stage
your candidate has been in a stage for more than 2 days, or longer if a higher limit has been set for the stage
an upcoming event in the calendar
a new application from the form in your job
a candidate in your job reapplies
you received a new email
the task's deadline is approaching
a rating or comment was added to the shared candidate profile
your candidate's consent will expire in 14 days:
NOTE: Here you can also enable or disable notifications on your computer desktop:
Notifications that can be sent via email
In the second section of the settings, you can decide which events will trigger an email notification (even if you are not logged into the system at the time):
another user assigns you to a job or stage
another user tags you in a note
the job you are responsible for was closed
a candidate in your job reapplies
When you first launch Traffit after entering your settings, your browser will ask you if you agree to Traffit displaying notifications.
To enable this, click Allow.
