You can easily customize Client's data in your TRAFFIT.

What can you customize in particular?

  • Client profile

  • Contact person profile

  • Sales activities

  • Departments

  • Agreements

This option is available when you turn on the CRM module. The instruction below considers the customization of all the mentioned elements.

Why should you customize your Client's data?

  1. The fields you put on your Client profile in TRAFFIT will be available for all your users.

  2. Every field you put there will become a filter, allowing you to filter and sort your Clients based on this attribute.

  3. All the fields you put in your Client data can be available via integration API.

How to do that?

Go to Settings -> Custom fields configuration -> Client -> Client data:

The right menu allows you to choose new fields to be put in Client data:

  1. Defined fields - system fields collecting data used in other parts of the system (described below).

  2. Empty fields - that can be customized however you want.

  3. Sections - allowing you to add sections to organize your Clients' data.

You can place the fields and sections in the Client's data using drag'n'drop:

If you want to add a new section to your Client data, drag'n'drop it first to be able to add fields to it. After putting a new section to your Client data, you can change its name or assign a color to it:

If you add a new field to the Client data, your TRAFFIT will allow you to choose:

  • the field size

  • if a value in this field is required

  • if this field will be available in the API (for empty fields):
