You have two options:
Go to Settings -> Advertisements and clauses -> Clauses and create the Information obligation type of clause:
The clause will be visible on each application form. Additionally, in profiles of the candidates who applied using this form there will be information about the date when the consent was given and the contents of the clause.
2. Go to Email templates -> Notifications and create an automatic notification with a thank-you message for an application and the information obligation:
