You can do this in two ways:

Go to Settings -> Announcements and GDPR -> GDPR and create a clause of the type Information obligation:

The clause will be visible on each application form. Additionally, in profiles of the candidates who applied using this form there will be information about the date when the consent was given and the contents of the clause.

2. Create an email template and email automation with a thank you for the application and the content of the information obligation clause (Settings - Email/SMS templates - Email templates):
