How to enable SMS feature in TRAFFIT?
In order to start sending SMSs to candidates from TRAFFIT, you must first top up your SMS budget. The SMS feature is supported by our partner SMSAPI
To do that, visit Settings > Payment > SMS
You can see there what your current balance is and enter the amount by which you want to increase it and click "Top Up".
The minimum amount for a single recharge is 15 EUR or 15 USD
Who will be visible as the sender of SMS sent from the system?
You can decide who will be shown in the sender field of the SMS sent from the system on the candidate's phone.
To set this name, go to Settings > Payment > SMS and go to the Sender Name section:
You can indicate up to 2 sender names - you will have the option to select one of them when sending or scheduling an SMS.
Confirm that you agree to SMSApi's use of this name. Click "Save"
How long can a text message sent to a candidate be?
If the content of the message sent to the candidate is long, it can be sent as 2 SMS or more. However, you can set a limit on the SMS that one message can consist of.
To do this, go to Settings > Payment > SMS and go to the "SMS limit per message" section.
Click "Save" to save the limit.
If the message to be sent is longer than the indicated limit - an appropriate message will appear, and the SMS sending option will be blocked.
How to send text messages to candidates from TRAFFIT?
1. In the Candidates tab, under the three dots next to the selected candidate - Send SMS button:
You can select several people from the list and send one SMS to all of them.
Similarly - you can send a message from the list of candidates in a specific recruitment; to one person or many at the same time.

All scheduled SMS are included in the balance visible in Settings > Payments > SMS
How much does it cost to send 1 SMS?
The price of 1 SMS depends on the candidate's location.
You can find the full and current price list in Settings > Payment > SMS by clicking on Pricing next to your current balance:
SMS templates
You can create SMS templates containing personalized elements that the ATS will complete (e.g. the name of the candidate) and use them when sending SMS.
