Creating SMS templates is similar to creating e-mail templates.
To add a new template, go to Settings --> Email/SMS templates and click on SMS templates:
Click on the blue Add template button:
Fill in:
the template name
category (obligatory)
content
The blue box on the right allows you to personalized elements to the content of the SMS message:
You can add:
candidate data
job data
client data (only when the CRM module is turned on)
contact person info (only when the CRM module is turned on)
user data
link to your Scheduler
When you’re done, click Save. If the Save button is inactive, some of the obligatory information is missing.
