To be able to integrate your Traffit with Zapier and create Zapps, you need to have the permission to Zapier integration subtab in Settings. This permission is listed in the permission group's details:

If this option is enabled for your permission group, you will notice a Zapier integration subtab in your Settings tab. It consists of a list of created Zapps with an option to edit the details of every Zap in Zapier, thanks to blue "Use this Zap" button:

Your account in Traffit should also have an active status - it's impossible to use deactivated or blocked accounts to create and authorize Zapier integration.
