In what areas does AI at TRAFFIT help in day-to-day work?
AI in TRAFFIT has been implemented in several places in the system, allowing you to simplify and accelerate your work by:
creating engaging job posts - based on the job title, parameters, and company data - using the tone of voice you've indicated,
analyzing recruitment reports; allows you to discover your processes' strengths and weaknesses and compare them with benchmarks.

How to enable AI in TRAFFIT?
During the BETA phase, the recruitment reports analysis with AI will be available for all TRAFFIT users.
What information does AI need to help you?
In order for the information generated by AI to be truly valuable, a few pieces of information about you and your organization need to be completed.
You can fill them in Settings --> AI-based features, Give AI some insights section:
The information that will be useful to AI is:
the industry in which you operate,
the size of your company,
a brief description of your company,
the challenges your HR department is facing,
what will differentiate working for you from your competitors? (Your EVP)
Remember to use the Save settings button.
Creating engaging job posts with AI
The feature is available when creating a new job post as well as editing an existing one.
To generate an engaging job post with AI, use the purple Generate with AI button visible next to the field for entering the content of the job post. You can use AI to create a job post from scratch, or start writing - and then use AI. The text you've provided will also be included in the generated text.
Select the style of the job post:

Based on the provided information AI will start generating the job post:
The generated text will be entered in Job description field. You can:
edit the proposed content,
click Generate with AI again to try out a different style,
continue creating your post and move on to the next step.
What data is sent to AI to generate the job post content?

Recruitment reports analysis with AI
This feature is available in the Reports tab, once any report has been generated.
To view the conclusions provided by AI from the report you have generated, use the purple Check insights button visible in the top right corner of the report:
AI will receive the report export file for the selected time period to be analyzed. During the analysis, the Check insights button will be replaced by I'm gathering data, like here:
The generated report analyses the data but also provides recommendations for steps to improve key metrics.
