CORE VALUE

GDPR Monitoring Report is designed to help you monitor the consent retention process and anonymization of candidates whose consents have expired

WHEN SHOULD YOU USE IT?

1) To monitor whether your talent pool has up-to-date consent to process personal data

2) To be aware of consent retention rates

3) To easily recognize the effectiveness of various candidate consent renewal activities

HOW TO USE IT?

Use the filter in the upper right corner to choose the parameters of your report. You can filter data by date.

The first part of the report presents data according to the selected period. The second part presents the current state collectively.

WHAT SECTIONS ARE INCLUDED IN IT?

In the first section you can see the data for the selected period:

  • the number of anonymized candidates - broken down into those anonymized manually and those anonymized automatically by the GDPR Assistant add-on

  • the number of consent extension forms sent - broken down by users sending the consent renewal form; manually via the dedicated dispatch activity available with the GDPR Assistant add-on or automatically by this add-on

  • the number of candidates who have reneved their consents using the dedicated consent extension form received:

Anonymization and dispatch of consent forms - summary

This section summarizes the number of anonymized candidates and consent renewal forms sent during the selected period.

You can check here how many such activities were performed:

  • automatically, thanks to the automated anonymization process enabled using the GDPR Assistant add-on

  • manually, via a dedicated activity, with a breakdown of the users who performed it:

The next sections present the current status of your candidates' talent pool and their consent.

Consents in your talent base - current state

This section helps you to become aware of how many candidates:

  • who do not have and have never had any consent on their profile (and what % of your talent pool that is),

  • whose all consents have already expired (and what % of your talent pool that is),

  • who are in open jobs and at the same time do not have consent for future or current job at the same time (and what % of your talent pool that is):

Your talent base - consents breakdown

This chart is a breakdown of your entire candidate base by consent type, differentiating by consents that are:

  • active,

  • expired,

  • which have never been given.

Lack of future jobs consent vs. application source

This part of the report will allow you to identify those sources from which applicants have not given consent for future jobs:

Knowing the sources you can take actions to increase the % of applications with approvals from that source; allowing you to build your candidate base for the future!

ANYTHING ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW?

The number of consent renewal forms includes only automated and manual dispatch using the GDPR Assistant feature.
