What is Smart Jobs?
Smart Jobs is a modern job board for employers who want to deliver top-tier candidate experience and find best-fitting candidates for their vacancies to be introduced by Traffit team in Q1 2026.
How is SmartJobs different from other job boards?
SmartJobs bring two core breakthroughs in the recruitment experience:
SmartTracker - which streamlines the connection between candidate and recruiter
SmartSearch - allowing candidates to filter jobs to find their ideal next role. At SmartJobs we believe in high quality matches, with full transparency between candidates and recruiters.
What is Smart Tracker?
Tracker is a unique tracking link, similar to those found in e-commerce and shipment tracking - except that Traffit's Tracker raise your relationships with candidates to a higher level and improves the candidate experience 😊

Candidates applying via the application form created in Traffit will receive the link where they can view details of the position they have applied for, along with the current status of their application.
