Once you’ve integrated your mailbox with Traffit, other users of your Traffit account will be able to see full communication that you’ve had with candidates – they will be able to access it in the candidate profile, in the Email history subtab. If you can’t see it in your account, ask your Traffit administrator to grant you the necessary rights.
