How do I manage candidates in a process?

Managing candidates in a process

Written by Alicja Warczak

Open the recruitment process, select the Pipeline view (Kanban board) or the Candidates view (table format). Then, select a stage and click to navigate to it.

In both views, you can perform actions on a single candidate or on multiple candidates simultaneously.

A) To perform an action on a single candidate, select their profile from the list and click, for example, their first or last name, to access their profile:

B) To perform actions on several candidates at the same time in the Pipeline or Candidates view, select the "select all" checkbox or next to specific candidates:

The following options will appear above the candidates on a blue background:

- add tags or talent,

- send a text message and/or email,

- add an event,

- share in a stage,

- send a CV,

- add a task,

- assign the candidate to another recruitment process,

- assign a responsible person,

- remove the candidate from the recruitment process,

- move the candidate to the next stage,

- place them on the reserve list,

- reject the candidate(s),

- move the candidate forward several stages in the process.

NOTE: Not all of the above options are available when you select "All!" from the top menu.
