Open a recruitment and go to its selected stage to see additional options for managing candidates. Click the three dots by a selected candidate to see an option to move him or her to the next stage, place him or her on the waiting list, reject them from the process, ,or to move them a couple of stages:

To similarly manage multiple candidates, select them from the list and use options that appear above the list:

NOTE: not all the above options are available if you select All from the top menu.
