Restricting chosen sections
To allow users to access selected tabs or system functions, create your own permission groups and assign them to the right people.
For example, you can disable access to the Settings tab or prevent the export of candidate data from the system.
Restricting access to chosen location
You can restrict users' access to the system so that logging in is only possible from the office (or the person's home office).
The ability to log in will then be based on the person's IP.
To do this, follow the two steps below:
Go to the profile of the person whose access you want to restrict. Click on the User Settings tab and check the “Office access” checkbox:
2. Go to Settings > General Settings to the section “List of IP addresses from which designated users and Hiring Managers can log in”.
Enter there and save the IP address from which this and other users will be able to log into the system by clicking “Add.”

From now on, the selected user will only be able to log in from the specified IP.
If you try to log in from a different IP address, you will see the message “System initialization error”.
