You can customize the candidate profile in your TRAFFIT.
Why should you customize your candidate profile?
The fields you put on the candidate profile in TRAFFIT will be available for all your users.
Every field you put there will become a filter, allowing you to filter and sort candidates based on this attribute.
You can put the fields from candidate profile on the application form - so that candidates fill them in when they apply.
How to do that?
Go to Settings -> Custom fields configuration -> Candidate -> Candidate data:
The right menu allows you to choose new fields to be put on the candidate profile:
Defined fields - system fields, collecting data used in other parts of the system (described below).
Empty fields - that can be customized however you want.
Sections - allowing you to add sections to organize your candidates' data.
You can place the fields and sections on the candidate profile using drag'n'drop:
If you want to add a new section to your candidate profile, drag'n'drop it first to be able to add fields to it. After putting a new section to your candidate profile, you can change its name or assign a color to it:
If you add a new field to the candidate profile, your TRAFFIT will allow you to choose:
the field size
if a value in this field is required
if this field will be available in the API (for empty fields):
Defined fields
These are the fields used by other parts of the system and on which their logic is based.
Defined fields required on the candidate profile:
a) First name
b) Last name
c) Email
First and last name allow your TRAFFIT to recognize candidates, and their e-mail addresses have many uses:
when you integrate your mailbox with TRAFFIT, your e-mails to the candidate will be sent to this address,
when you integrate your mailbox with TRAFFIT, the automated e-mails will be sent to this address - for example when the candidate applies or when he is rejected from the process,
Email history tab on the candidate profile will gather all the e-mails exchanged with the candidate (basing on this address),
it will be the unique attribute, basing on which your TRAFFIT will merge multiple applications of the same person into one candidate profile.
Optional defined fields (examples):
a) Mobile phone - used by SMSAPi when you decide to send SMS to candidates directly from the system.
You can use a mask in this field to be sure that the mobile phone number has the right format:
b) Responsible recruiter - allows you to choose the recruiter responsible for this candidate from your users lists.
When the candidate is added to TRAFFIT:
manually
using importer feature
from your mailbox
using sourcing plugin

If you decide to turn on the "My candidate's consent expires in 14 days" notification on My profile, TRAFFIT will notify you about the ending consent of the candidates you are responsible for.

If you put it on your candidate profile and add candidates to the system using sourcing plugin, this field will be filled automatically with the link.
