The positions of the jobs on the list will result from:
Highlighting the jobs - the jobs that were chosen to be highlighted when posting will have an upper position on the list.
Publication date - both highlighted and regular job posts are sorted basing on the publication date. The newest publications are on the top of the list.
If there are few job posts with the same publication date, they are sorted based on the job post ID
