The job post includes job details made available to the public and presented to candidates. The job post is available under a unique link generated for this purpose and visible in the system.
How many job posts can you create in one job?
When you create a new job in Traffit, you can create one or more job posts to be related to it. Each of them has an application form associated.
Regardless of which job post the candidate responds to and completes the form - he will end up on the list of applicants for that position.
You can create:
several language versions of the job post,
separate job post for the Career page, for the intranet, and to be published on selected portals.
Creating a job post for a newly created job
After creating a new job, the system will redirect you to step two, which is to create the job post.
You can create it from the scratch, or you can use a template prepared in advance.
The selection of a template can be required (if your System Administrator decides so):
After creating the job post, the system will redirect you to the next step where you can create the application form. Each job post must have an application form assigned in the system.
Creating a job post for an existing job
You do not have to add the job posts when creating a new job. You can do it later or don't add it at all - for example, if you will be headhunting for this position and do not plan to publish it.
In such case, you can close the process of creating a new job after the first step (blue Save without posting button):
You can return to writing the job post later.
To do so, open this job in the system and go to the Job posts & application forms tab - there you will find the blue “Post a job” button:
You can also add a new job post that already has one.
To do this, you also need to go to the Job posts & application forms tab, and then use the blue “Post a job” button in the upper right corner above the tiles:
