Enabling this integration
To enable Just Join IT or rocketjobs.pl integration in your TRAFFIT, go to Settings β Job posting and GDPR β Job boards
Enable one of the job boards (or both) to allow your users to post jobs there:
Posting a job
After creating a new job post or when browsing an existing one, use the Publish job post button to push this job Just Join IT or rocketjobs.pl:
Just Join IT and rocketjobs.pl will be visible on the list of available job boards:
Once the job is published, all the job's details are pushed to this portal. The time between publishing the job from the system and appearing on the portal will depend on the provider and whether you already have an account with an active ad package there.
Usually jobs published by 2:00 PM CEE appear on the portal the same day.
If you do not have an account on Just Join IT or rocketjobs.pl, you will be contacted by a sales representative of the selected portal with an ad package offer.
Job posted on Just Join IT and rocketjobs.pl will be active for 30 days.
It will appear in the Published tab in the job details. You will see the option to deactivate the publication there. What is more, you will be able to see it's status:
Sent to job board
For jobs that were pushed to the job board (regardless of whether they are already visible on the portal or are still pending publication).
Deactivated
For jobs deactivated directly in the system. The expiration of the publication on the portal after 30 days (this is how long the publication is active by default) will not result in a change of the status in the system.
Fields required when posting
When publishing the jobs from the system, TRAFFIT will fill in some of the data required by this portal from the jobs details.
You will be asked to fill in additional data required by Just Join IT and Rocket Jobs - for example, to select the required skills from a drop-down list.
How to recognize applications from Just Join IT and rocketjobs.pl?
The system will easily recognize candidates from Just Join IT and rocketjobs.pl.
Candidates applying from these portals will have their addresses visible in the βApplication Sourceβ field and in the candidate profile:
