The job posts performance report was designed for you to track job posting-related activities and analyze their outcome to discover the best-performing ones.


WHEN SHOULD YOU USE IT?

1) Find out which job posts are leading in attracting the best candidates

2) To check the current status of unique applications acquired through the job posting

3) When running A/B tests of your job posts

4) To find the high-performers among your job posts templates

HOW TO USE IT?

Use the filters available in the upper right corner to choose the parameters of your report.

You can filter by:

  • Date

  • Client (if you are using the CRM module)

  • Workflow

  • Job

  • Job status

  • Responsible user

  • Responsible user group

The number of the analyzed stage transitions and jobs will be presented at the top of the report:

When browsing this report, you can view the data presented in the first section as a chart or as a table:

WHAT SECTIONS ARE INCLUDED IN IT

Job posting activities

Representing the number of created and published job posts for defined time intervals (you can choose daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly intervals).

Job posts created by location

Breakdown of all created job posts based on their location.

Most job posts created by

Ranking of three users who created most of the job posts.

Most job posts created for

List of three jobs with most of the job posts created.

Most job boards publications by

Ranking of three users who published most of the job posts.

Most job boards publications for

List of three jobs with most of the job posts published.

Job boards publications breakdown

All job posts created and published in the defined time range by job boards.

Job posting outcome

1) Applications from job posts - with applications acquired since the job post was created.

2) Applications from jobs posts - status for now - with the current status of unique applications acquired through job posts

Job posts performance

Check the performance of particular job posts - with:

- the number of hirings,

- conversion to hire

- job status

- job post creation date,

- details of the user who created the job post:

ANYTHING ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW?

1) The Created and published job posts section considers three types of activities:

  • job posts created

  • job posts published on career page

  • job posts published on job boards

2) The Applications from job posts - status for now section includes 5 statuses:

  • All applications

  • New - all candidates on the first stage of the process

  • In process - all candidates that were moved from New stage, but their application is still processed

  • Rejected

  • Hired
