You can turn on the kanban view by entering a particular job and clicking on Pipeline next to Candidates tab:
Here in Pipeline you can manage the candidates in the process easily, like on a "to do" list - using drag'n'drop.
You can see the number of likes and dislikes for every candidate, his application source and perform the following activities (under 3 dots):
adding tags and talents
sending e-mails
sending SMS's
assigning to another job
add event to a calendar
share candidate profile with Hiring Managers
add a TODO
move the candidate in the process or reject him
