Time to Hire is the average time between the candidate appearing in the job and reaching the Hired stage. You can check your Time to Hire in TRAFFIT in two reports:

1) Application Flow report

In this report, you can check your Time to Hire for unique applications that appeared in the system in the chosen time period:

2) Stages details report

In this report you can check your Time to Hire for all the candidates that were hired in the chosen time period:

This way, if you want to check your Time to Hire for candidates hired in the first quarter of the year, choose the Stage Details report and use the date filter to choose January 1st - March 31st.

If no candidates were hired in the indicated time frame, this section will be empty.

If you want to check your Time to Hire for unique applications that appeared in the system in the first quarter of the year, select the Application Flow report and use the date filter to choose January 1st - March 31st.

If all the unique applications from this time frame are still processed (none of the applicants have been hired yet), this section will be empty:
