Go to Settings -> Recruitment processes and click the red circle at the bottom right:
Give the process a name and click Save:
The scheme of a recruitment will open up. Click a stage to change its name (confirm by clicking Save at the bottom right):
Click the green circle with the plus sign to add a new recruitment stage:
Click a transition between stages to define actions associated with it, e.g., adding a TO-DO to your list:
Once you’ve made your choice, click Add and Save.
Click the Rejection stage to decide if providing a rejection reason by a user is required, and what reasons they can choose from:
You can add reasons one by one, confirming each of them by clicking the Add button. When you’re done, click Save.
