If you want to activate the option of putting the unique form for downloading consents into e-mail templates, first choose the default form for downloading consents.

In next step, got to the Templates --> E-mail templates tab and choose the template you want to put the unique link to the form form downloading consents in. The option will be visible only in these e-mail templates, that are being sent to the candidates.

In right, upper corner, choose the "Candidate" module, then put the cursor in the place of the text, where you want the link to the form to appear.  Next, click on "Insert this field" that is next to "Consent update link":

Remember to click "Save" after you edit or create a new template. The user will be able to use only these templates, that are active.
