What are Talents
Talents are designed to group candidates according to specific hard skills, soft skills, or combinations. But you don't really have any limitations here 😉
You can create talents such as:
“accountants with English”,
“salespeople with a driver's license”,
"people with experience in fintech”
etc.
and easily display a list of candidates who have that particular skill or combination of skills, or, for example, treat Talent as a collection of sourced talents you can review and invite to individual projects.
How to add and edit Talents?
To add a new Talent, go to the Candidates tab and click Talents.
Use the blue Add Talent button visible in the upper right corner:
When creating a new Talent, you can indicate its name, an explanatory description, and whether it will be public or private (explained below)
Click Save to add a new Talent to the list.
How to add a candidate to a Talent?
You can add candidates to Talents in multiple places:
In Candidates > Talents when browsing details and a list of candidates assigned to this job - using the blue "Assign candidates" in upper right corner.
On the candidate list - for single & multiple candidates, available when you put a checkbox next to them or under the three dots in the end of the row using "Add tags & talents":
3. On the general candidate profile, under the photo/avatar - using the "Assign to Talent" button under Tags section:
4. When browsing the candidate's profile in a job, in the Tags and Talents section visible on the right side of the resume preview:
How can I browse a list of candidates assigned to a Talent?

You can also use the Talents filter visible above the list of candidates:
Here you can filter not only the people assigned to a specific Talent, but also:
see candidates assigned to any of the selected Talents or to several Talents at the same time
see candidates not assigned to any Talent
find people added to a Talent by a specific user
find candidates added to the Talent in the indicated time period
What are private Talents?
Public Talents will be visible to all users of your system.
Private talents, on the other hand, will only be visible to you and the people you share them with (unlike tags, which are always visible to all users).
You can easily recognize private talents by the padlock icon visible in the upper right corner of the tile in the Talent list - here “Java Seniors.”
How to share a private Talent?
To share a selected Talent, go into its details and use the sharing option visible on the bar, next to the trash bin icon:
After clicking on the sharing icon, you can select the users to whom the Talent will be shared and how they will be able to use it:
