Thank you all for sharing your feedback in our satisfaction surveys—it helped us identify areas for improvement to make your work even more comfortable!

Below the video you can see a detailed list of changes divided into three sections:

1) Better UX

2) Improvements

3) New Features

BETTER UX

To make the simple things you do in the system even simpler!

IS

WILL BE

Why did we do it?

Full job creation, including creating job ads and forms (with the option to skip)

Choice at the start - full flow with job post and application form, or just a new vacancy with an assigned Hiring team:

We see how often you create just the job - adding the job post and application form later (or not adding the at all).

This will make it easier!

4 steps in the following order:

  1. Workflow & job details

  2. Job post

  3. Application form

  4. Publication

4 steps arranged as follows:

  1. Job details & job post

  2. Workflow & Hiring Team

  3. Application form

  4. Publication

The new order is more logical and natural - you won't feel like something is missing here.

The preview image of the job post (social media thumbnail) is taken from the job post template and is not visible in the job and job post creation path.

The possibility to change and upload a preview image for the job post (social media thumbnails) when creating a job and a job post.

It will be clear which image will appear as a thumbnail for your job post when you post it on social media.

This image is what catches the candidates' attention!

You can add email automation for a given job after creating & saving it.

Email automation for a given job can be added during its creation:

Now you can be sure that when you open a new vacancy, everything (including email automation) will be ready to start right away!

The final step in creating a job is publishing the job

The final step in creating a job will now include:

- a link to your talent pool

- sourcing plugin reminder

- career page publication

- job boards publication

Creating a job is just the beginning - that's why the last step is now a smooth transition to activities you can perform before the first applications appear in your system.

The company description (created in Settings) is added to the job post while publishing it.

The company description (created and editable in settings) will be visible when creating the job post:

This way you gain transparent information about what will be visible on your job post once its published.

Options visible on the job post tile:

- Activate / Deactivate job post

- Put /Edit on Career page

- Publish job post

- Edit job post

- Duplicate

- Open job post

New view and new options available above and on the tiles:

Icons:

- Copy link to job post (NEW)

- Show job post

- Edit job post

- Duplicate job post

Buttons:

- Place/Edit on the Career page

- Publish on job boards

- Manage links (NEW)

- Deactivate job post

We wanted to make it easier for you to access the most important links in your job.

Now you will always have them on hand!

Editing a job post & editing the application form are two separate and independent actions

The edit option visible on the listing tile launches a full, two-step flow for editing the job post and the application form.

The view for creating and editing job posts and forms is now the same, making it more accessible & easier for you to navigate

"Details" tab with:

  • job details fields (system & custom)

  • Hiring Team

  • Tags

New tabs order in job.

"Details" tab with job details; system & custom fields

New "Settings" tab with

  • Hiring Team

  • Tags

  • AI candidate scoring criteria

We distinguished between information about the vacancy itself, (which is often shared on the Career page etc.) and internal information.

IMPROVEMENTS

To make the features available in your system more accessible and readable!

IS

WILL BE

Why did we do it?

System and custom fields in the new recruitment creation form can be placed in any section.

One system section where you can show or hide system fields (including those related to CRM, if active) with a specific field order:

It will be clear which fields are system fields at first glance:

  • they have logic behind it (e.g., the “phone number” used for sending SMS),

  • their values are standardized and predetermined for greater consistency,

and which are custom fields that can be freely customized and edited.

Work mode as a checkbox system field

Work mode as a multiple-choice field with a predefined dictionary of 3 values:

  • Hybrid

  • Remote

  • On-site

You now have more options to choose from when specifying the available work modes.

A fixed list of fields that are visible in the job post & on your Career page:

- Publication date

- Location

Option to display additional information in the job post and in the job post listing:

  • Company name

  • Contact person

  • Location

  • Job type

  • Experience level

  • Salary

Job posts are your calling card, convincing candidates to apply or not.

We want to give you the opportunity to present all the information that is important to your candidates.

The message thanking the applicant for submitting their application displayed on the screen can be edited and is visible only in the job post template.

The message thanking the applicant for submitting their application

  • assigned to the form template

  • editable and visible already at the stage of creating a specific application form

This gives you the opportunity to provide a unique candidate experience right up until the moment when a thank you message for submitting the application appears on the screen.

Job status: Open and closed

Additional job status: Custom field with custom values

Job status: Open and closed

Additional job status: System field with predefined values

It will be visible in this job's header, right next to it's name.

This allows you to better analyze and filter your jobs - e.g., distinguish between projects closed:

- with employment

- without employment

- on hold

NEW FEATURES

We took the opportunity to add several new features to the recruitment creation flow and take the process to a whole new level!

IS

WILL BE

Why did we do it?

Fields like “Financial expectations” possible to be added to a job as custom fields.

New system fields:

- Work mode

- Experience level

- Salary

(with “from” and “to” ranges, currency, and settlement period)

This will make it possible to add this information to job posts and present it in a consistent and clear manner.

Possibility to modify the appearance of the job posts using additional scripts

Possibility to:

- change the background color,

- select the leading color,

- change the text on the button referring to the form from the job post creation level:

We know how important it is for your job posts to be consistent with your company's visual identity.

This will allow you to ensure this without having to involve a developer!

Possibility to modify the appearance of the application forms using additional scripts

Possibility to:

- select the number of columns on the job listimg

- change the text on the button referring to the form submission from the application form creation level:

As above 👆

The form is also your business card - you can now make sure it suits you even better.

A direct link to the form and a unique link are available only after creating a new job, saving it, and entering its editing mode.

New Manage links tab, containing:

- link to the job post

- link to the application form

- unique link

- QR code generator

- option to generate a link with UTM👇

We wanted to make it easier for you to access the most important links that you usually want to share right after creating a new job.

You can add a UTM to the link with the job post or application form manually (or on a dedicated page).

This will indicate the source of the application: source, medium, and campaign.

The option to generate and download a ready-made link to a job post or application form with an added UTM is available directly in the system.

The more detailed information about the source of the application, the better the analytics and reports.

This change will make it easier for you to gather valuable information about what works!

You can generate a QR code redirecting to your job post or application form by copying the link and using an external tool.

Possibility to use the QR code generator directly in the system.

Now you can also collect and analyze applications from offline sources and marketing materials!

QR codes work well where it is easier for candidates to scan the code.

Job publication on the Career page for 30 days (with the option to change the number of days)

Job publication on the Career page:

- for a specified number of days

- without an end date

You can now decide that the job post published on the Career page will remain visible until it is deactivated or the recruitment process is closed.
